SHIPPING POLICY

benevolent. processes orders on weekdays (Monday - Friday, Excluding Holidays.)  Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a email conformation with the shipping details and the ​associated tracking number.

Please note that most orders will be shipped within 2 business days or less, but please allow up to 5 business days for for processing. Orders that have been placed cannot directly be modified or canceled by the buyer. Please feel free to contact us if you have any issues with your shipping.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

benevolent. will gladly return an item within 14 days from the orders delivery date. A notice must be given to assist.benevolent@gmail.com regarding any returns. Packages sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted. 

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unwashed, unused, and  hang tags must still be on the items. It would be greatly apricated if items could be retuned in their original packaging, including any protective wrap that might have been used.

Customers will be responsible for the shipment costs of returns. 

Once an order has been approved and returned you will be credited  the amount you paid for the returned item(s), including taxes. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Any and all returns attempted after 14 days will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline a requested return if the products does not meet our standards.
